Beurky Sneaky is a card game for 1 to 5 players, from 5 years old. It consists of retrieving objects that Sneaky the snake has swallowed in his mouth without waking him up.
Material
- 1 snake,
- 1 box of Slimy,
- 10 cards,
- 10 objects,
- 1 rule booklet.
Setting up
- Place the snake on the table.
- Open the slimy box and insert it under the snake.
- Place the 10 objects in the snake’s mouth.
- Shuffle the cards and form a deck, face down on the table.
- Each person draws 2 cards and places them in front of them.
- They represent the items they must retrieve from the snake’s mouth.
- In a 2-player game, each player draws 4 cards.
- The youngest player starts.
- Play clockwise.
How do you play?
- Choose an item card and try to retrieve the item from the snake’s mouth.
- Insert your hand into the snake’s mouth and retrieve an item.
- If you retrieve the correct item, place it in front of you; the hand passes.
- If you retrieve the wrong item, hand it to the player who was supposed to retrieve it; the hand passes.
- If the snake’s mouth closes on your hand, put the item back; the hand passes.
Winning the game
- The first player to retrieve all the objects shown wins the game.
Variation for young players
- Ignore the cards.
- If you collect an item, place it in front of you and pass the hand.
- If the snake’s mouth closes on your hand, put the item back down and pass your hand.
- The winner is the one who gets 2 items out of the snake’s mouth without it closing on his hand.
